My Take:

The author shares my maiden name and it was one of the reason I picked up this book. Other being the summary of the story. And I am really glad I picked this book. In one word the book is just "WOW".

This book is one of the few thriller books which is true to its title. The book actually starts with a brutal rape and progresses onto the murder of the rapist. The book is all about how the justice is served. The revelation of the murderer will blow your mind since you can never anticipate it.

Characters are beautifully developed and very close to reality. They are very reparable. The act is defined in a very intriguing manner which will surely make anybody's blood boil. I got goose bumps reading the same. One would love to hate the antagonist and would empathise with the Diwan family. The dark side of the rich and educated portrayed brings forth a serious issue which remains unaddressed.

Book is a very fast paced which makes the reading enjoyable. The story doesn't fail to continuously builds the curiosity on the next revelation. The various twists and turns in the book doesn't let you put the book down. I enjoyed the book since I didn't find it predictable.

An amazing book and a recommended read by me. My rating is undoubtedly 5/5 for this master thriller.
