I thought its time for me to read a classic and picked up this very book which was available at Amazon Kindle. Reviews of the book were good and so this was my choice. I am happy about picking this classic as it literally transports a person to a different time.
The entire book is a narration of the Time Traveling experience of the Time traveler to his cronies. You actually feel somebody telling you the rendevous of the period. Beautifully portrayal of the experience makes it an awesome read. Magical I would say.
Lots of nail biting experiences and a sad death of Weena who befriended the time traveller in the era. A power packed book and a good read with an incredible vocabulary. I used dictionary lot many times in the book.
A readable book I would say.
